This policy describes this website and the current development plans for GuestHarbor. The app is in development; a release-specific policy will be published before it becomes available.

This website

We have not added advertising, analytics, accounts, or data-entry forms to this website. Our hosting providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.

Planned app data handling

GuestHarbor is being developed to keep virtual-machine files, project organization, configuration comparisons, and notes in files and storage on your Mac. No account or cloud synchronization service is planned for the initial release.

A guest operating system may connect to networks and process information under its own settings and privacy policy. Operating-system images and software licenses are separate from GuestHarbor.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use that information to respond and investigate your request, and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Do not include passwords, confidential clipboard items, operating-system credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive content.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about information supplied through support or request its deletion. If you choose a third-party service or enable an operating-system backup service, that provider’s terms govern its handling of your files.
